Town & Centre consists of two towers located in Coquitlam Town Centre. The amenities surrounding the project includes parks such as Rocky Point Park, multiple educational institutions, local restaurants, trails such as the Coqui tam Crunch Trail, and shopping at Coquitlam Town Centre. The project has two deposit structures. For Studios and 1 Beds, the deposit is 20% with the first deposit of 5% due at signing, second deposit of 5% due six months from acceptance, third deposit of 5% due on January 25th, 2025, and fourth deposit of 5% due 36 months from acceptance. Two and three beds have a deposit of 15% with the same structure as above minus the fourth deposit. The South Tower has above ground parking with residential units beginning on the 5th floor.
