Brentwood Block

With a 345-year history of creating thriving urban communities, we're excited to bring our global experience to Burnaby, and share our vision for the city's first pedestrian-focused masterplan community in Brentwood Town Centre. Brentwood Block is a lush energy centre where each intersection is an open-air living room punctuated by shades of green. Every pathway is exclusively designed for people, from dog walkers to strollers and window shoppers, while vehicles circulate underground. The community includes over 200,000 SF of shops and restaurants, making it effortless to pick up your essentials from local boutiques or savour global flavours on a sunlit patio. Brentwood Block is a new condo development by Grosvenor currently in preconstruction at 2040 Alpha Avenue, Burnaby. The development is scheduled for completion in 2023. Brentwood Block has a total of 900 units.
